Off-the-rack sizes chase a chest number. A motorcycle suit has to keep shoulder, elbow, hip, back, and knee armor on the joint when you tuck, hang off, and get back on the pegs. We cut panels to your measurements so the armor stays where a crash will actually hit — not two inches down the sleeve.

How does a made-to-measure suit work?

You start a build: how you ride, colors, name and number, then measurements. We confirm the spec, then cut and assemble the leather. Consult → Design → Measure → Craft → Deliver.

What protection is in the suit?

Homepage protection system: CE Level 2 at the shoulder, elbow, and hip; PU back protector; ergonomic knee protection. Confirm the exact CE marking per zone before a stronger claim.

How much does it cost, and how long does it take?

From $600. 5-6 weeks after we confirm measurements. We lock the spec before we cut.

What if the fit is wrong?

Start a build with no payment to get matched. If the finished suit does not match the measurements we confirmed, we alter or remake it.
