The Urbanite · Made to Measure
Armor only protects the joint it's actually sitting on.
A shoulder protector that sits two inches off your shoulder is a padded decoration. Off-the-rack sizing is built around an average nobody actually is — so we cut the Urbanite to your measurements instead of a size chart.

If the suit doesn't fit, the armor doesn't either.
Standard sizing chases a chest number. It says nothing about your arm length, your torso, or the position you actually ride in. The armor migrates — and it migrates most in the moment you need it to stay put. Cutting every panel to your own measurements is the only way to keep a CE Level 2 protector over the bone it's certified to protect.
What made-to-measure leather actually costs
$399, not the $600–$900 this category usually runs.
Made-to-measure motorcycle leather typically lands in the $600–$900 range before you even get to the European-badged programs at $1,900+. Here's what else usually changes at that price.
| Typical made-to-measure | Tiger Moto Urbanite | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | $600–$900, often more | $399 |
| Sizing | Nearest chest number, or a generic survey | Cut to your own measurements |
| Before it's cut | Rarely reviewed by a person | Checked by our fit team within 24 hours, in writing |
| Armor spec | Often stated vaguely ("CE-rated") | CE Level 2, named at shoulder, elbow, hip & knee |
| Checkout | Some sellers in this category ask for wire transfer or deposit | Standard secure card checkout, every time |
| If it doesn't fit | Return policies vary widely | We remake it, at no cost to you |

No trims, no tiers — this is what's in every Urbanite suit.

Built in Sialkot
Same floor. Forty years of leather.
Sialkot has been cutting protective leather since before most riding brands existed. We work directly with the factory — no trading house, no licensing badge — which is why a hand-cut suit lands at $399 instead of the $900 you'd pay for the same build with a European name on the chest.
How it works
About six weeks, order to doorstep — because it's cut after you order, not before.
Roughly 30 days on the floor in Sialkot, plus transit. That's the trade-off for a suit built to your body instead of pulled off a shelf.
What riders say
Two real reviews. Not a marketing average.
"Body armor is solid and not some type of foam rubber. The fit is snug and comfortable. Although not my usual style it is eye catching and fairly nice — not sure yet how well the vents work, will find out today."
"Great deal for the price. Excellent quality, perfect fit and outstanding price! The body armor is excellent and the removable liner makes it comfortable for all but the coldest riding weather."

Straight talk
What to expect before you buy.
Because every suit is cut to your measurements, custom orders can't go back into stock. If the fit is off against the numbers you sent us, we remake it. If something's wrong on our side, we fix it — no argument. Not sure about your measurements? Message us before you order; we'd rather spend ten minutes on it now than remake a suit later.
FAQ
Still deciding?
How long does it actually take?
About 30 days of production once your measurements are confirmed, plus shipping transit. Most riders see their suit in roughly six weeks from order to doorstep.
What if my measurements are off?
We confirm your full spec in writing before anything is cut — nothing moves until you sign off. If the finished suit doesn't match the measurements we confirmed together, we remake it at no cost to you.
What does CE Level 2 actually cover on this suit?
Shoulder, elbow, hip, and knee. We're specific about this because we'd rather you know exactly what's protected than assume more than we can back up.
Can I choose the material?
Yes — genuine leather, 600D Cordura, or 600D polyester, matched to how you actually ride. Tell us when you send your measurements and we'll confirm it in your spec sheet.
Do you ship worldwide, and who pays import duties?
Yes, worldwide. Duties and import taxes are set by your country and collected on delivery — message us before you order and we'll help you estimate what to expect.
Can I put my name, number, or sponsor logos on it?
Yes. Tell us what you want on the suit when you choose your build in step three, and it'll be part of the spec we confirm with you before cutting.
Is my payment secure? Do you ever ask for wire transfers?
Checkout runs on Shopify's standard secure card payment system — the same one used across millions of stores. We never ask for wire transfers, bank transfers, or any payment outside checkout. If anyone claiming to be Tiger Moto asks you for that, it isn't us.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes — Shop Pay lets you split the $399 into 4 interest-free payments of $99.75 at checkout, no extra fees.
