Standard sizing is built around an average that almost nobody is. Longer arms, shorter torso, broader chest, a riding position that pulls everything forward. The armor migrates, and it migrates most in the moment you need it. Cutting to your measurements is the only way to keep CE Level 2 protectors over the bone they were certified to protect.

Sialkot has been cutting protective leather since before most riding brands existed. We're not sourcing through a trading house or dropping a logo on someone else's pattern. We work directly with the factory, which is why a hand-cut suit lands at $399 instead of the $900 you'd pay for the same build with a European badge on the chest.

- Send your numbersChest, waist, hip, inseam, sleeve, shoulder-to-shoulder, height, weight. Measure over a base layer, not over a jacket.
- Choose your buildMaterial, colourway, and anything you want on it — name, number, sponsor marks, or nothing at all.
- We confirm before cuttingWithin 24 hours we come back with the spec in writing. Nothing gets cut until you sign off, because nothing here can be un-cut.
- Production and inspectionHand-cut, stitched, armored and inspected on the floor in Sialkot.
- DeliveredRoughly 30 days production, plus transit. Tracking sent the day it ships.

This is not a next-day product. It's cut for one person and that person is you. If you need gear for a ride in two weeks, buy something off the rack and come back for this one.
Returns. Because every suit is cut to your measurements, custom orders can't go back into stock. If the fit is off against the measurements you sent us, we remake it. If something's wrong on our side, we fix it. Send us your numbers and we'll sanity-check them before anything is cut — that's what step four is for.
